3,000 sq ft refurbishment in Charterhouse Square
Coconut water brand, Vita Coco, which started in New York and has built up quite a celebrity following, chose the historic Charterhouse Square as their London base. However, their offices did not really reflect their brand. So, they wanted a refresh.
Simon produced a winning design by opening up the floor, removing partition walls to expose the original supporting beams and bringing in more light with a glass-walled meeting room.
The space is now more vibrant and inspiring, which enables more collaboration and more agile working. There are lovely little touches like phone booths with wicker roofs and beach-hut doors. There’s the bar (of course) and tropical branding.
However, this refurb had significant challenges…Featherstone had to complete the project in just three weeks over Christmas and New Year (a difficult time of year to get trades to work). Our dedicated crew turned the project around, on time and on budget, including the electrics, AC, flooring and fixtures and furnishings.
